This Privacy Policy explains how LOBBY (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit lobby.cash, join waitlists or rollout lists, use the LOBBY app (including TestFlight), or otherwise interact with us.
1. Data we collect
Account and contact data: email address, name if you provide it, and messages you send us.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referrers, and app diagnostics (crash logs, performance).
Wallet and transaction data: public blockchain addresses you connect, and on-chain activity needed to operate features (for example verifying a payment). Public blockchains are visible to anyone.
Compliance data: information required for KYC/AML or partner onboarding when those features are enabled (identity documents, residency, source-of-funds answers), processed by us or specialised providers.
Marketing preferences: whether you opted in to product updates.
2. How we use data
To provide and secure the Services, manage limited rollout seats, operate waitlists, improve the site and app, communicate about access and product changes, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and — with your consent where required — send product news.
We rely on one or more of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security, product improvement, limited marketing to existing users), legal obligation, and consent (where we ask for it).
3. Sharing
We may share data with: infrastructure and analytics providers; Apple (TestFlight / App Store); payment, banking, and card partners; KYC/AML vendors; professional advisers; and authorities when legally required.
We do not sell your personal data. Blockchain transactions you broadcast are public by design and are not controlled by us once confirmed.
4. International transfers
We may process data in the UK, EEA, and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above: waitlist and support records for the rollout period and a reasonable follow-up window; security logs for a limited period; compliance records for the period required by law; and marketing data until you unsubscribe or we delete inactive lists.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise rights, email privacy@lobby.cash. We may need to verify your request.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on lobby.cash. For privacy questions: privacy@lobby.cash.
