These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to lobby.cash, the LOBBY iOS app (including TestFlight builds), and related products and communications (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
LOBBY (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates lobby.cash and the LOBBY app. Contact details and company information may be updated on this site as the product launches.
The Services are offered for information and early-access purposes while features roll out. Availability varies by region and by invite or capacity.
2. Early access and TestFlight
Access may be limited, batched, or withdrawn as we scale with banking and card partners. TestFlight builds are pre-release software and may change, break, or reset without notice.
You must be eligible under Apple’s TestFlight rules and any jurisdiction rules that apply to you. You are responsible for the device and Apple account you use.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, including sanctions rules.
We may require identity, residency, or other checks before card, wallet, or other features become available. We may refuse or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms or the law would be breached.
4. Cards, payments and crypto assets
Physical or virtual cards, cashback in tokenized stocks, staking, veLOBBY voting, and related features may be described on the site before they are live. Descriptions are product information, not an offer until checkout or in-app flows are opened for you.
Crypto-assets and tokenized stock products involve risk, including loss of value, smart-contract risk, custody or issuer risk, and regulatory change. Nothing on the Services is investment, tax, or legal advice. Past illustrative rates (including cashback) are not guarantees.
If you connect a wallet or send tokens, you are solely responsible for private keys, seed phrases, transaction approval, and network fees. Blockchain transactions are typically irreversible.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services: no fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, scraping that harms the service, reverse engineering except where allowed by law, or interference with other users or our partners.
You must provide accurate information when asked and keep login or wallet credentials secure.
6. Intellectual property
The LOBBY name, logos, site design, and app content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy or reuse brand assets without written permission.
7. Third-party services
The Services may link to or rely on Apple TestFlight, app stores, wallets, blockchains, payment partners, KYC providers, and analytics tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party outages or acts.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that early-access features will ship as currently described.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our directors, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or crypto-asset value, arising from your use of the Services.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim, or (b) €100, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access immediately if we believe you breached these Terms, if required by a partner or regulator, or if continuing would create legal or security risk. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on lobby.cash. Material changes will be highlighted where practical. Continued use after the update date means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
